GWZ Healthy pond carp (fish) soup with black beans ??
Pond carp is a fresh river fish that doesn’t look very appealing. However the nutritious value and health benefits of this fish is abundant. Making soup with the ingredients I’ve included in this recipe would help improve conditions of women with following problems: migraines, dizziness, feeling cold, cold hands and anemia. For men it strengthens their kidneys, in return according to the Chinese, improves the overall body health and balance in many ways.
塘虱魚看起來其貌不揚,其實營養豐富,具有食療保健價值,只要好好去除泥味,用來煲湯十分鮮甜。如果你都覺得,近日天氣乍暖還寒,早上出門濕冷大風,到中午又變得悶焗,寧舍容易頭赤赤,周身攰想作病。
塘虱魚 滋陰補腎
不如試著接受塘虱魚「我很醜但我很滋補」,跟著做一窩「黑豆塘虱魚湯」去頭風吧!材料簡單,只有黑豆、瘦肉、薑、果皮、塘虱魚等,沒有什麼複雜藥材,不過食療功效多多,男女皆可補腎、舒緩貧血、頭暈、頭風、脾胃濕重、沾寒沾凍等徵狀。
補腎等於補精神
坊間一直說的補腎,常與壯陽掛勾,其實這是一個廣泛的中醫名詞,補腎指的是補腎氣,當中有分陰虛陽虛。腎氣不足(即″虛”)涉及的徵狀關乎精神不振、腰酸骨痛、怕冷、內分泌不調(所以影響到男士房事表現)、脫髮等等。所以簡單點理解,補腎就是補精神了,這點男女都需要,不用太過專注壯陽這回事吧。?~王子
Ingredients:
Pond carps (fish), black beans, ginger slices, lean pork, dried tangerine skin and water
Preparation:
- Soak the tangerine skin until soft and scrape off some of the insides.
- In a pan or pot, toast the black beans but make sure they don’t burn.
- Pour boiling water over the pond carps to remove the slimy texture on the skin. Blanch the lean porks and rinse with tap water.
Method:
- Place all the ingredients in a pot, including the ginger slices, add water then boil.
- Let it boil with high heat for around 20 minutes, then turn to very low fire and let it boil for at least two hours with the lid on.
The soup should then have enough flavour and colour to be served.?
Tips:
•PS You may choose to fry the pond carps instead of pouring hot water over them.
