Trying to make things simple again with this super super simple dish. Simply fry the pork with a bit of oil in a wok or pan until 80% cooked then take out. Clean the wok then with a bit of oil fry some shallots and minced garlic, add the pork, sprinkle some rice wine. Add soy sauce, fish sauce sugar and black pepper. Finally put in the chillis and stir fry for 2 minutes with high heat! Off the fire and sprinkle cumin powder and mix. Depending on how much aroma you like, add however much you want.
