•PS Do not place the squid in boiling water for too long because it will become very rubbery if overcooked
•PPS Depending on how strong your stove and amount of squid, your water is unlikely to reboil with ingredients inside after 45 seconds. Don’t worry about it the squid will still be cooked fine
