今(12/24)日係平安夜,首先預祝大家聖誕快樂!想應節?今日有「煮意」!羊架是聖誕期間普遍可吃到的菜式,處理和烹調難度會較高。不過既然是一年一度的聖誕節,一於集齊羊架、蒜頭、迷迭香(Rosemary),為心愛的親朋好友炮製一道聖誕美食吧。
Method:
PS: Resting is required otherwise when cut open the meats may break if the juices are not settled back in the meats ??
PPS: As you are cutting the the individual chops from the rack, juices should be bursting out. This is a good sign that it is not over cooked and the meats are moist ??
